Waking up early this Sunday Morning, I had an invite out to take part in an interesting little event at the Coburg Velodrome.
Pulling up to this unique place was found a Coffee Van Parked serving free Coffee and Tea’s.
On further exploration, there was a guy with a small crew of friendly people gathered around a Bike with a Unique Idea to share.
However, the plot twist is that I actually know this particular person as he was the one who invited me over to this particular event and Ultimately to the Coburg Velodrome.
This was to present his latest and greatest Innovation known as the Vabs Rider Seat which offers Two Individual saddles that move independently from each other as the person pedals along.
The Seat can be seen as displayed below….
The Brand is known as Ataraxy and is a Greek word for serene and calm which is ultimately how you feel riding this seat, and boy was he Correct!
The Day Ahead!
Lets now jump into more details about the actual day as there was quite a lot that had happened.
Firstly, other then the Coffee Van with free Coffee and Tea, there was the Grey Cloudy Weather as well as the small group of people that had gathered around the Bike.
These people were Invited to be part of the event as well as check out the new Vabs Rider Seat and even have a Go at it.
But as the day went on, the Grey Clouds started to Roll back and slowly the Blue Sky began to slowly Beam through helping bring a friendlier vibe to the day as well as better lighting conditions for some Photography and Videography ahead as displayed below….
There were also people that would pass by every now and again to check out what had been going on and even quite interested in the New Seat.
But if that was not enough, there was something far more interesting that had happened later that day.
As we started to do different angles of filming for the Seat, out of no where, a small stage crew appeared with two young pretty models doing some promo type stuff for a new Product they had going on.
My friend seeing this went over to ask them a favor and even before he had the chance one of the crew members saw him and stated that if he wanted to borrow the models that he could take them for a bit which was simply just Awesome.
Now although there were Two of them, only One of them put up her hand to be part of the Project as the other did not feel comfortable at all.
You may be excited to know that we did get her bum on the seat and did a bit of promo type filming too. :P
So if you happen to see this Car around, please be sure to say G’Day.
